At 4:45 on Saturday (7/30), the Main Fire Alarm Office gave the 18th Battalion a working fire response to the 1500 block of south Kostner. Engine 38 boxed the fire shortly after arrival and reported they had an exposure problem and a burn victim. I arrived with just a little fire left in the attic so the pictures are mostly of rig placement. The first couple of images are of Engine 95 stretching a line to the second floor in the rear. You can see in the third image that there was fire blowing out a couple of windows at the very front of side B, although one of the windows is not visible through the bushes. The Still & Box was struck out in about 20 minutes.
