In Hartford, CT while the first-due companies were still operating at a 2-alarm, this building fire was reported at 638 Windsor St. Companies arrived to fire and smoke showing from the front. This was the 2nd WF I’ve been to in this building. Also while this fire was happening mutual aid companies handled another minor building fire. All these fires were in the city’s north end.
