At 1724 hrs on 8/25/16 Hartford, CT south end members were dispatched to Broad St & Allen PL for a building fire. Engine 8 reported smoke showing from Park St. after pulling out of quarters and arrived to a working fire at 1258 Broad St. with heavy fire on floors #2 & 3. District 1 struck the 2nd alarm.
