The Barrington Countryside FPD was called for a house fire at 93 County Line Road in Barrington Hills late Saturday morning (3-18-23). First arriving units confirmed a house fire and the alarm was upgraded immediately to a MABAS Box Alarm to the 2nd level. The area is without hydrants and a water supply operation was initiated. All residents were out of the house when firefighters arrived.
The Harvard FPD (IL) responded to a house fire Wednesday night (3-15-23) at 106 W. Thompson Street.
NAUGUATUCK, CT – At approximately 9:15am on March 8, 2023, the Naugatuck Fire Department was dispatched to 145 Lantern Park Drive for a structure fire. First units on scene found heavy smoke showing from a wing of the Lantern Park Condominiums. The fire which had quite a head start on the members quickly spread throughout the attic of the structure fueled by heavy winds. In all, four units were reported to be involved and all occupants (approximately 20) made it to safety with one dog being successfully rescued. Units from the Waterbury FD and the Beacon Falls FD responded to the scene as mutual aid.
Yesterday on my way back from Indy, CFD Engine 82 reported a working fire over the radio at 821 E 90th Place, which is 1/2 block from their firehouse. I had just passed 95th street on the Ryan, so I made it in good time. They had heavy fire showing from the basement of a two-story split level house. E82 & E122 both lead out lines while Truck 42 cut numerous holes in the roof. I got some great shots of the fire, and the full gallery is on our site.
Detroit FD (MI) Box Alarm on 2/21/23 @ 2124 Eastlawn Street X Kercheval Ave. Engine 52 stretched on a vacant dwelling going throughout. We got there pretty quick and got Engine 58 dumping their monitor. Companies on the box hit it from the outside for a few minutes but then made an aggressive push and knocked down the rest of the fire.

Crystal Lake FRD (L) was dispatched to Skyridge and Ackman for a reported apartment fire around 12:30pm on 2/26/23. Engine 344 arrived with heavy fire and smoke conditions from the 2nd floor of a two-story apartment building. MABAS Box 5-341 to the box level was requested.

The Crystal Lake Fire Rescue Department (IL) requested MABAS Box 5-341 to the box level for a working house fire on Amberwood Dr around 2:30am on 2/25/23. Heavy fire and smoke conditions were showing from the Charlie side and roof area of the garage on arrival.
