07/05/16 Detroit, MI – Firefighters found two vacant dwellings going throughout with another severely exposed occupied dwelling. We were unable to get close to the neighbors being quite upset over the fires in their neighborhood. Glenn Duda
Here is another Box Alarm we took in around 0330 in the morning of 8/20/16. It was @ 720 S Green just off Fort St. Engine 29 stretched on a two-story dwelling going throughout. Ladder 8 utilized their main water way.

Chief 9 reported smoke showing before even going on scene, Engine 50 went on scene and reported they were stretching on a dwelling. Chief 9 arrived on scene and reported a two-story vacant dwelling with fire throughout and that they were going to take a defensive posture.
We were about 15 minutes away when companies started going en route.
Last night while prowling Detroit we discovered a rapidly spreading fire that destroyed two dwellings. After reporting the fire we were able to observe the Detroit FD operations.
