Firefighters arrived to find heavy fire venting from the second floor of a three-story, mixed occupancy building. Firefighters were notified of people trapped on the second floor. During the primary search, a severely burned male was found on the rear fire escape. A second alarm was transmitted due to the occupancy and heavy volume of fire on arrival.
