On 12/6/16 at 0720 hours, South Windsor, CT members were dispatched to Barber Hill Rd & Miller Rd for numerous calls reporting a structure fire. On arrival they had heavy fire showing from the rear of the house and struck the 2nd alarm. One occupant was transported to the hospital. Mutual aid from both Manchester departments, Vernon, and Broad Brook assisted at the scene. More pictures;

At 14:58 hours on 11/5/16 the South Windsor, Ct FD was dispatched to 945 Pleasant Valley Rd for smoke coming out the front of the building. On arrival members had one unit fully-involved and extending to other units. At least one member and civilian were transported to the hospital. Many surrounding towns assisted at the scene and covered the stations. I’m told at least 14 units were damaged or destroyed by the fire. More pictures at www.squadfirephotos.com

At 1724 hrs on 8/25/16 Hartford, CT south end members were dispatched to Broad St & Allen PL for a building fire. Engine 8 reported smoke showing from Park St. after pulling out of quarters and arrived to a working fire at 1258 Broad St. with heavy fire on floors #2 & 3. District 1 struck the 2nd alarm. Pictures from Willimantic, Ct’s 2nd alarm on arrival at 408 Ash St. They had heavy fire on floor’s 1 & 2 of this vacant structure.

Vernon, CT had this 2nd alarm at 16-18 Franklin St on 7/5/16 at 0049 hours. Members went to an exterior attack early on as the fire had a strong hold in the attic. More pictures on my site

Springfield, MA had this 2-alarm at 140 Wilbraham Ave., the former Springfield High School on 6/27/16 about 1000 hours.
