At 14:58 hours on 11/5/16 the South Windsor, Ct FD was dispatched to 945 Pleasant Valley Rd for smoke coming out the front of the building. On arrival members had one unit fully-involved and extending to other units. At least one member and civilian were transported to the hospital. Many surrounding towns assisted at the scene and covered the stations. I’m told at least 14 units were damaged or destroyed by the fire. More pictures at www.squadfirephotos.com
At 1724 hrs on 8/25/16 Hartford, CT south end members were dispatched to Broad St & Allen PL for a building fire. Engine 8 reported smoke showing from Park St. after pulling out of quarters and arrived to a working fire at 1258 Broad St. with heavy fire on floors #2 & 3. District 1 struck the 2nd alarm. Vernon, CT had this 2nd alarm at 16-18 Franklin St on 7/5/16 at 0049 hours. Members went to an exterior attack early on as the fire had a strong hold in the attic. More pictures on my site
Springfield, MA had this 2-alarm at 140 Wilbraham Ave., the former Springfield High School on 6/27/16 about 1000 hours. Southington 3rd alarm 315 Main St. Vacant commercial building
06/15/16 Southington, CT – An early evening fire tore through a vacant commercial building shortly after six p.m. Firefighters found heavy smoke showing from a one and two-story, ordinary constructed building. An interior attack was attempted, but firefighters were unable to make headway. An exterior operation was initiated using one tower and multiple hand lines to darken down the fire. The cause of the fire is unknown and being investigated. There were no injuries.

Southington, Ct had this general alarm fire at 315 Main St. on 6/15/16 about 1800 hours. The building was a 1 to 2-story in the rear vacant commercial building. More pictures
