Elmira, Ontario firefighters were toned out for a possible house fire at 22 Church St East, February 16 2016. Dispatch updated responding crews that there was a 19-year-old victim on the roof of the house, and an Elmira firefighter on scene confirmed a working fire. Foradale Fire was requested as heavy smoke was coming from the second floor on arrival. Crews made a quick knock on the fire. The Ontario Fire Marshall was called in to investigate the fire, and the 19-year-old occupant was arrested the following day and charged with arson. Box 690 provided rehab for the call.
