On 1/28/18 at 10:13 the Willimantic, CT FD was dispatched to 1592 W. Main St for a structure fire. Members arrived to very heavy fire conditions in a commercial building used for recycling. WFD was assisted at the scene by at least 15 mutual aid FDs. Members expect to be on scene for several days. Patrick Dooley
New Britain, Ct working fire on 1/16/18 at 22:20. The fire was at 42 Connerton St. Members had a basement fire that quickly extended to the top floor and cockloft. A mayday was given for a company on floor #3 but they were able to get out with no injuries. More pictures:
On 1/15/18 Cromwell, Ct was toned out for a structure fire on Leghorn Ln. First officer on scene reported heavy fire from the rear and roof of the house. Companies operated exterior until main body of fire was knocked down.
Vernon, CT struck 2 alarms for 15 Sunset Terr. on 12/3/17 at 18:48. Members arrived to heavy fire from the basement extending to floor #1. More photos:
Marlborough, Ct had this 2nd alarm on 6/3/17 just before 19:00. The house sat down a hill from the street which was narrow. Numerous mutual aid tankers responded.
