Southington 3rd alarm 315 Main St. Vacant commercial building
06/15/16 Southington, CT – An early evening fire tore through a vacant commercial building shortly after six p.m. Firefighters found heavy smoke showing from a one and two-story, ordinary constructed building. An interior attack was attempted, but firefighters were unable to make headway. An exterior operation was initiated using one tower and multiple hand lines to darken down the fire. The cause of the fire is unknown and being investigated. There were no injuries.

Hebron, CT had this 2nd alarm at 51 Carriage Dr on 4/24/16. Call originally came in as a car fire and then upgraded to a structure. First-in chief ordered four additional tankers while responding due to the large column of smoke he could see prior to arrival.
Hartford, CT north-end companies had this working fire at 230 Vine St. at 0529 hours on 3/5/16. One occupant jumped prior to the FD’s arrival and was transported to the hospital. One member was also injured and transported. More pictures
Manchester, Ct struck 3 alarms for 205 N. Elm St on 2/23/16 at 1918 hrs. The Manchester 8th District FD was dispatched for a chimney fire and on arrival had fire in the walls. Berlin, Ct had this working fire on 2/23/16 @1445 hours. They had smoke and fire showing at 70 Harris St. Members made a good push and were able to knock down the fire before having to go exterior. More pictures at www.squadfirephotos.com
